Social Media & Partnership Manager
London | Hybrid | DTC / Consumer Brand
We’re partnering with a fast-growing international DTC consumer brand to hire a Social Media & Partnership Manager.
A highly hands-on role owning Instagram as the lead brand channel, alongside influencer, creator, gifting, partnerships, and affiliate activity.
The Role
- Own organic social strategy across Instagram, with LinkedIn as a secondary channel
- Create content yourself, including ideation, filming, presenting, and editing
- Own the content calendar and community management
- Work with content and paid teams across Instagram and TikTok
- Manage influencer and creator relationships end-to-end
- Build an always-on gifting and seeding program across outdoor, travel, active, and lifestyle
- Lead brand partnerships and collaborations
- Own the Instagram affiliate program and grow social commerce
- Track performance across organic, influencer, partnerships, and affiliate
- Stay ahead of trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Opportunity to travel for shoots as the brand expands internationally

About You
- 3+ years’ experience in organic social / social media
- Ideally from a DTC, ecommerce, or consumer brand
- Proven experience growing an Instagram community
- Strong hands-on content creation skills across filming, presenting, and editing
- Experience with influencers, creators, gifting, and/or partnerships
- Commercially minded, with evidence of generating measurable reach, engagement, and/or revenue
- Creative, highly organized, and comfortable owning a channel end-to-end
- Strong relationship builder with a genuine understanding of social culture and trends
