Job Description:

Social Media Manager

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and creative Social Media Manager to lead the day-to-day management of social channels. This position involves balancing creativity with strong organisation, building engaged online communities, and managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow brand social media channels
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure projects are delivered on schedule
  • Develop engaging social content aligned with brand objectives and tone of voice, including creative ideation
  • Through community management, monitor conversations and manage inbound and outbound engagement
  • Write community management copy that is witty, engaging and tailored to platform audiences
  • Conduct social listening and identify trends and opportunities
  • Produce performance reports, insights and recommendations
  • Deliver competitor audits and trend analysis reports
  • Manage finances and budgets
  • Build strong relationships with clients

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing brand social media accounts
  • Interest in the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, and best practices
  • Experience with fun and playful community management
  • Experience producing social media reports and presenting insights
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience using social media scheduling and management platforms
  • Confident in creating presentations and communicating recommendations to clients
  • Experience managing client relationships and expectations
  • Someone who combines creativity with strong attention to detail and operational skills
  • Experience using social listening to track, analyse, and interpret data relating to clients, trends, key topics, or competitor research

  • Managing global social media accounts
  • Supporting social media content productions
  • Managing external agencies and creative partners
  • Social content editing skills
  • Capturing social-first content
  • Influencer marketing experience
  • Experience working on Reddit, Pinterest, X, Snap, and LinkedIn
