💥 Social Media Manager💥

🚀 FMCG Challenger Brand

📍 London 3 days/2 days from home

💸 Salary up to £45k

Ignite are delighted to be working with a fast growing challenger brand in the retail space. They are truly redefining their category and sell across D2C and Retail. They are a fast growing, ambitious team and are on an exciting growth journey to make the category seen! The coolest part about this role is 60/70% of their customers discover the brand through their social channels, so this is a VERY important role for the business.

They’re looking for a proactive and forward thinking Social Media Manager. This is a super exciting opportunity to help lead on the brand's organic social media presence, working predominately across their Instagram and Facebook. You will need to be comfortable in front of the camera and be comfortable covering all aspects of social, filming, editing and publishing all content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
