Join a dynamic new South Asian modest fashion brand as a Social Media Manager
Play a pivotal role in launching and growing its digital presence. This position is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, digital storytelling, and community building.
You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across Instagram and TikTok, focusing on pre-launch, launch, and ongoing brand growth. The role requires a creative approach to content creation, trend research, and audience engagement, with a strong emphasis on showcasing the brand’s unique blend of South Asian elegance and contemporary design. This is a long-term hybrid opportunity based in Croydon, with consideration for applicants able to travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for Instagram and TikTok, tailored to the South Asian modest fashion market.
- Create, schedule, and manage content calendars, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.
- Produce and coordinate high-quality Reels, posts, and Stories highlighting products, styling tips, fabrics, and the brand’s story.
- Research and leverage current trends to maximize reach and engagement.
- Grow and nurture an online community, driving audience interaction and brand loyalty.
- Identify, approach, and manage collaborations with relevant South Asian, Muslim, and modest-fashion creators, including gifting and ambassador partnerships.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Support pre-launch activities with behind-the-scenes content and teasers to build anticipation.

Skills And Requirements
- Demonstrable experience managing social media accounts for fashion, lifestyle, or related brands, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms, including content formats, algorithms, and analytics.
- Excellent content creation skills, including photography, video editing, and copywriting.
- Knowledge of South Asian fashion, modest wear, and relevant cultural trends is highly desirable.
- Ability to research and identify suitable influencers and manage collaboration processes.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking performance metrics and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Based in or able to travel to Croydon for hybrid working arrangements.
- Creative, proactive, and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail and brand aesthetics.
