What are we recruiting for?
We’re looking for a talented and proactive Social Media Manager to help drive the next phase of Bohomoon’s social growth. Sitting within our Brand & Creative team and working directly with the Creative Director, you’ll take ownership of our core brand social channels, with a particular focus on Instagram. You’ll be responsible for translating our wider brand direction and commercial priorities into a compelling, consistent and culturally relevant social presence. You’ll work closely with our dedicated TikTok Growth Lead, alongside the wider teams, ensuring our social output feels connected while allowing each channel to play its own distinct role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take ownership of Bohomoon’s social media strategy and content calendar, with Instagram as the key channel focus.
- Translate the wider brand direction, creative vision and commercial priorities into an engaging, consistent and relevant day-to-day social presence.
- Plan and deliver social activity around key campaigns, product launches, commercial moments and wider brand initiatives.
- Develop creative, social-first content concepts that bring the Bohomoon brand to life and keep the audience engaged.
- Capture, shoot and edit high-quality content for social, with a strong understanding of what works natively across different platforms.
- Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure social remains aligned with the wider brand identity, tone of voice and creative direction.
- Collaborate closely with our dedicated TikTok Growth Lead, sharing ideas, trends and insights to ensure the wider social presence feels connected and cohesive.
- Stay highly tuned into social culture, trends, formats and emerging opportunities, identifying new ways for Bohomoon to stand out.
- Take ownership of community management and engagement, looking beyond content output to build a stronger, more engaged Bohomoon community and create genuine conversation around the brand.
- Monitor and analyse social performance, understanding what is working, what isn’t and why.
- Turn social data and audience insights into clear recommendations, bringing learnings back to the Creative Director and wider team to continually evolve the approach.
- Collaborate with Influencer and PR agencies, ensuring social activity supports and amplifies wider brand activity.
- Work closely with Product, CRM and Paid Media teams to ensure social activity is joined up with wider marketing and commercial priorities.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and high visual standard across all social activity.
- Manage multiple campaigns, projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
