Job Description
The scroll stops somewhere. We want to make sure it stops on us. We have a bold, timeless visual world. Strong colours. Strong motifs. A distinct brand personality that manages to feel both grounded and aspirational. What we need now is someone who can create reels, manage our content calendar, and help us build a visual and storytelling language that makes mental fitness feel relevant, and genuinely worth people's attention. This is early-stage work. Our Instagram page is still growing, which means there's real creative territory to define here. The person who takes this role will have a hand in shaping what House Of Prama looks and feels like in motion.
What you'll do
- Edit reels and short-form video content, turning raw footage, clips, and ideas from the team into content that feels sharp, coherent, and true to the brand. That means pacing, sound, subtitles, transitions, and visual elements that serve the story and carry it forward.
- Manage timelines, content calendars, and posting schedules alongside the illustrators already on the team. You're the person who keeps the output moving.
- Ideate alongside the team on reel concepts, campaigns, and content formats. Occasionally build content from scratch using available assets, stock, illustrations, text, or original concepts.
- Track what's working. Our page is in its early growth phase, which means experimenting, iterating, taking feedback, and helping the team understand what content structure actually connects with our audience.
- Translate House Of Prama's visual world into video. We have a strong aesthetic. The job is to bring it into motion in ways that feel bold, intentional, and alive to the brand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

One last thing
Mental fitness is something most people know matters. Far fewer know how to talk about it in a way that actually lands. House Of Prama is trying to change that, and content is one of the primary ways we do it. The person in this role will have a direct hand in how we reach people, what we say, and whether it connects. That's a real responsibility, and we're looking for someone who feels that weight and finds it exciting rather than intimidating (or a bit of both!). If you care about craft, care about the space, and want to build something from its early stage, we'd love to hear from you.
