Role Description
The Social Media Manager Volunteer will support Neuro Voices by managing and growing its online presence across key social media platforms. This remote volunteer role includes:

The volunteer will collaborate with the team to:
- Develop content themes aligned with organizational goals
- Help optimize profiles and posts for reach and engagement
- Contribute ideas for campaigns that highlight neurodivergent founders and their stories
This is a volunteer, remote role that offers flexible hours and an opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven community.
Qualifications
- Ability to develop and implement Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies.
- Strong Communication and Writing skills for engaging, clear, and inclusive online content.
- Experience or interest in Content Strategy, including planning posts and aligning content with organizational objectives.
- Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment and using social media management tools.
- Understanding of or interest in neurodiversity, inclusive communication, and community-building.
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, track performance, and adjust strategies based on insights.
