Are you a creative, social-first marketer with a passion for premium brands, standout content and building engaged online communities?
We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join an exciting marketing team and take the lead on social media strategy across a portfolio of distinctive consumer brands. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who combines creative flair with commercial thinking. You’ll have the chance to shape how the brands show up online, develop engaging content strategies and create social activity that builds awareness, drives engagement and keeps the brands culturally relevant.
The role:
You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering social media strategies across multiple brands, ensuring each has its own distinct voice, personality and creative direction. From planning content and spotting emerging trends to creating engaging campaigns and getting behind the camera yourself, this is a hands-on role with plenty of creative ownership.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering social media strategies across multiple brands
- Creating clear and distinctive creative direction, tone of voice and content approaches
- Managing social channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Planning and owning content calendars in line with wider campaigns, key moments and seasonal activity
- Creating and capturing engaging content that brings each brand to life
- Working with photographers, videographers, creators and other partners to produce high-quality content
- Building and managing engaged online communities
- Developing influencer, creator and user-generated content opportunities
- Identifying new opportunities to grow reach, engagement and brand awareness
- Keeping up to date with platform developments, trends and emerging content formats
- Using performance data and insights to continually optimise social activity
- Working closely with the wider marketing team to ensure social is fully integrated into campaigns
- Supporting paid social activity and identifying opportunities to improve performance

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling. You'll have a strong eye for visual storytelling, a genuine interest in social and digital culture, and the confidence to bring fresh ideas to the table.

You'll ideally have:
- 3+ years' experience in social media, content or digital marketing
- Experience working within a premium consumer, lifestyle, travel, hospitality or similar brand environment
- Strong experience across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
- A proven track record of creating engaging content and growing social communities
- Excellent visual storytelling skills and a strong understanding of premium brand aesthetics
- Experience working with influencers, creators and user-generated content
- Confidence creating and capturing your own content when required
- Experience using analytics and performance data to shape social strategies
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- The ability to manage multiple brands, priorities and projects at once
- A proactive, creative and ideas-driven approach
