Job Description

It is a fixed-term contract expected to last approximately 6 months.

Communication

  • Engage directly with players by responding to comments on different social media platforms.
  • Work closely with team members to align on Tone of Voice, FAQs, and response guidelines to provide clear communication to the community.
  • Provide cover as the main point of contact for Community Managers when the CM Lead is on holiday or sick leave.
  • Manage client interactions when the CM Lead is on holiday or sick leave.
  • Foster and maintain a positive work environment - build engagement, resolve conflicts.

Analytics

  • Create reports to analyze content performance and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Assist the CM Lead in the production and delivery of performance reports to an agreed format and schedule.

Leadership

  • Lead the team when it comes to Paid Social Media.
  • Assist the CM Lead in managing all processes and the timely delivery of Keywords' Community Management services across multiple projects.
  • Assist with training and coaching of new and existing Community and Social Media Managers.

Business

  • Develop calendars that include creative ideation and produce relevant and engaging content.
  • Schedule content to be posted across social channels and write copy for content aligning to brand voice.
  • Support campaign planning, audience and trend research, and brand building.
  • Align with the studio to understand what imagery is available and create additional assets, both static and video, when needed.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in community management/social media in gaming on a professional basis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in and good understanding of Heybox, Rednote, Billibilli.
  • Passionate about video games and social media.
  • Strong understanding of social media/community management platforms/channels (Discord, Twitch, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook...).
