Who are we?

Wayward Station Ltd. is the production company behind The Phil Howard Late Show, a horror podcast in the vein of The Magnus Archives and Welcome to Nightvale. We produce high quality audio drama with a focus on inclusive practices and messaging.

The Job

We are looking for a social media marketer and brand ambassador to handle our presence across multiple accounts. Our ideal candidate has experience working on social media campaigns with a proven track record of success working with other podcasts/web series.

Your specific duties would include:

  • Liaising with the creative director and producer on marketing strategies and content creation,
  • Maintaining our social media community and group chats,
  • Networking with other podcasts and securing guest spots on them for mutual promotion,
  • Securing reviews from professionals in relevant communities,
  • Liaising with the press and getting the podcast featured in blogs and other forms of journalistic media,
  • Networking with indie bands to secure music features for the show.

Compensation

This is a freelance position with a negotiable rate depending on experience. Hours are fully flexible and the role is fully remote.
