Following the exciting announcement of our partnership with Everton Football Club, we are seeking a highly creative and hands-on Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead the execution of our social media strategy across key platforms.

We’re looking for a hands-on content creator to manage content end-to-end, from concept and production to publishing and optimisation.

You’ll turn markets, products, and brand moments into compelling, audience-first content.

This is not a coordination or scheduling role, you will be expected to generate ideas and create content yourself on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and produce high-quality social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X, including filming, editing and on-camera work.
  • Create engaging content around financial markets, sports sponsorships, brand and cultural moments, making complex topics accessible.
  • Own social content strategy and planning, including the content calendar and collaboration with marketing, product and sales.
  • Execute campaigns, product launches and sponsorship activations, working with athletes, partners, creators, influencers and internal teams.
  • Manage social channels and communities, including posting, engagement, trends, platform changes, approvals and regulatory/brand compliance.
  • Track and optimise performance, using insights and experimentation to improve formats, creative approaches and overall content effectiveness.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
