About the Role

We’re hiring a Social Media Marketer to help Starknet show up consistently, clearly, and credibly across our core social channels - @starknet and @starknetfndn. This role sits within the GTM team and reports directly to our Marketing Lead. The focus is social: developing a strong point of view, finding the right moments to enter conversations, turning Starknet’s technology and ecosystem into compelling content, and building the kind of consistent presence that strengthens brand recognition over time.

What You'll Do

  • Own and run Starknet's and Starknet Foundation's social channels (X, blog, LinkedIn, Telegram), keeping posting and engagement consistently high quality.
  • Turn marketing strategy, ecosystem narratives, and campaign direction into clear, on-brand content (both long and short form) for crypto-native, technical, and consumer audiences alike.
  • Manage the social content calendar and incoming requests across the organization. This requires real organizational skill and comfort with project-management tools, not just content instincts.
  • Be the go-to point for ecosystem social activity: field requests from partners and decide how and when to spotlight launches, events, and key moments.
  • Build and run channel-specific posting strategies that balance planned content with real-time, reactive engagement.
  • Track conversations, trends, and sentiment across the ecosystem and broader crypto space, and use performance data to continuously sharpen content and strategy.
  • Engage directly with the community: responding, contextualizing, and escalating thoughtfully and credibly.
  • Partner closely with GTM, Growth, Product, and other teams to keep social execution aligned with broader Foundation priorities.
  • Help shape and evolve Starknet's brand voice on social alongside the greater Marketing team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Bring

  • Deep understanding of Starknet's place in the market: its strengths, trade-offs, and how to talk about them credibly with audiences beyond retail crypto users.
  • Strong, well-informed opinions about what performs on Crypto Twitter and what actually serves the brand - with the judgment to tell the two apart.
  • 3+ years of hands-on social media marketing experience, ideally in crypto/web3.
  • Solid working knowledge of blockchain and DeFi fundamentals (AMMs, staking, governance, lending, the L2 landscape) - enough to engage technical audiences with confidence.
  • A strong, versatile writer who can translate complex ideas into content that lands across a range of audiences.
  • Experience operating social channels in fast-moving environments, including reactive posting and real-time engagement.
  • Comfortable with social analytics and monitoring tools, using data to guide content and channel decisions.
  • A highly reliable, organized operator who can manage multiple threads without losing sight of the details.
  • Confident owning execution independently, while staying collaborative and coordinated with the wider team.
  • Comfortable being a visible presence for the brand - hosting Spaces, replying from the account, and engaging actively on CT.
