Job Summary

Easigrass is looking for a creative and social-media-savvy Content Creator to take ownership of our day-to-day social media content while providing practical design and marketing support to the wider business.

This is primarily a hands-on social media role. The main focus will be planning, filming, editing and publishing engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

The design element of the role involves creating branded marketing materials and updating existing artwork, such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, presentations, and product literature.

We are looking for someone who understands social media, recognises what makes people stop scrolling, and enjoys turning everyday activity into engaging content.

One day, you could be filming an artificial grass installation and creating a before-and-after Reel. The next, you might be producing satisfying ASMR-style content, capturing behind-the-scenes footage, or updating a brochure or sales document.

We want someone who can bring ideas to the table rather than waiting to be told what to post.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

You will be responsible for helping develop and grow the Easigrass presence across all key social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, filming, editing, and publishing engaging social media content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Creating a consistent flow of Reels, TikToks, Stories, still photography, and longer-form video content
  • Regularly visiting Easigrass installation sites to capture high-quality video and photography
  • Creating engaging before, during, and after installation content
  • Producing satisfying and highly visual ASMR-style content, including grass cutting, joining, brushing, infilling, adhesive application, and installation processes
  • Keeping up to date with current TikTok, Instagram, and wider social media trends, sounds, formats, and editing styles
  • Identifying trends that can be adapted creatively and appropriately for the Easigrass brand
  • Creating entertaining and personality-led content involving our installation teams and wider business
  • Capturing behind-the-scenes content from our offices, showrooms, warehouse, events, and installations
  • Creating customer transformations, testimonials, product features, educational content, and FAQs
  • Developing new content ideas and recurring social media series
  • Writing engaging captions and adapting content appropriately for each platform
  • Scheduling and publishing content consistently across all channels
  • Managing and maintaining a social media content calendar
  • Monitoring engagement, reach, views, and follower growth
  • Reviewing performance to understand which content works and using this to improve future content
  • Working closely with management, sales, installation, and marketing teams to identify new content opportunities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Marketing and Design

Alongside social media and content creation, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day creative support to the business, producing high-quality creative work for both digital and print.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing brochures, catalogues, flyers, leaflets, product literature, and other printed marketing materials
  • Creating digital advertising, email marketing assets, and social media graphics
  • Producing branded presentations, sales materials, and internal company documents
  • Designing signage, banners, exhibition graphics, event materials, and large-format artwork
  • Creating promotional campaigns and supporting artwork across multiple formats
  • Updating and maintaining existing Easigrass brochures, product literature, and marketing collateral
  • Taking projects from the initial design concept through to final print-ready artwork
  • Preparing artwork correctly for professional print, with a strong understanding of bleed, crop/trim marks, safe areas, CMYK, colour profiles, image resolution, and printer specifications
  • Creating, working with, and checking dielines/cut lines for bespoke printed materials, signage, displays, and other applications where required
  • Correctly setting up artwork at different sizes and scales, including large-format print
  • Liaising directly with printers, signage companies, and other external suppliers to obtain specifications and ensure artwork is supplied correctly
  • Reviewing and approving printer proofs and carrying out final artwork checks before production
  • Identifying and resolving potential artwork or print-production issues before files are sent to suppliers
  • Maintaining organized working files, linked assets, fonts, and final artwork so existing designs can be easily updated in the future
  • Ensuring all creative work remains consistent with Easigrass brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone
  • Supporting the wider business with ad-hoc graphic design and creative requirements

A strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, together with practical experience preparing professional print-ready artwork, is essential for this role.

You should:

The Person

We're particularly interested in someone who naturally notices opportunities for content.

If you're watching an installation and immediately think, "That would make a great Reel," or see a satisfying part of the process and know exactly how you could turn it into an ASMR TikTok, that's the mindset we're looking for.

You won't be expected to spend every day on installation sites, but you will need to be happy getting out of the office regularly to capture fresh content. You should be equally comfortable filming on your company phone or camera as you are sitting down at a Mac and designing a professional brochure.

This is a hands-on creative role with the opportunity to have a real influence over how an established British brand presents itself online.

Essential Skills

  • Social media content creation
  • TikTok & Instagram Reels
  • Short-form video filming and editing
  • Photography
  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
  • Graphic design for print and digital
  • Strong written communication
  • Content planning and scheduling
  • Full UK Driving licence (Access to company car)

A portfolio or examples of previous social media content and design work will be required as part of the application.

Experience creating content that has achieved strong organic reach or engagement would be a significant advantage.

To apply, please send your CV to sunny@easigrass.com together with a portfolio/examples of both your social media content and graphic design work.
