Company Description

Know your Reels from your TikToks and your hooks from your CTAs? Let's talk.

Full-time role working in any of our offices, including the group office at Blackpool.

We're looking for a storyteller, a content creator, a one-person film crew who can turn a Tuesday afternoon visit into something people actually stop scrolling for. If you've got a good eye, a way with words, and you don't mind jumping in the car to chase the next great story, keep reading.

About Us

Home Instead is a locally owned, award-winning home care provider helping adults live independently and well in their own homes. Across our South Lakes, North Lakes, Lytham, and Preston offices, we hold CQC Outstanding and CQC Regulated ratings and we're recognised as a top employer nationally. We're proud of what we do. We just need someone brilliant to help us show it.

About the Role

This is a group role covering our whole branch network, four offices, four communities, one brand, and it's all yours to shape. You’ll be travelling to our other sites to gather content and support local teams. Expect real stories, real people, and full creative freedom to bring fresh ideas to how we show up on social media, in newsletters, and beyond.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

No two weeks will look the same. One day you're filming a client's 100th birthday, the next you're writing a newsletter that actually gets replies, the next you're on the road to another office chasing down a story worth telling.

  • Planning and delivering weekly social content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with a strong focus on video
  • Writing and sending weekly newsletters for clients, Care Professionals, and referral partners
  • Gathering stories, achievements, and outcomes from our care and operational teams
  • Promoting community events, campaigns, and local talks
  • Visiting each office weekly to gather content and support local marketing activity
  • Acting as a brand guardian, checking content for accuracy, tone, and consistency before publication
  • Supporting recruitment marketing to help grow our Care Professional team
  • Tracking basic performance metrics and suggesting improvements
  • Creating promotional literature, such as leaflets, brochures based on the needs of each office
