Social Media Assistant
Dubai | Full-time
The Social & Content Co. is looking for a creative and strategically driven Social Media Assistant to join our growing Dubai team.
We’re a strategy-led social media agency working with brands across fashion, beauty, wellness, hospitality, and lifestyle.
We’re looking for someone who thinks beyond the post, someone who understands the strategy behind social, is curious about what makes content perform, and can use data and insights to inform what we create next.
We’re a boutique agency with a small, close-knit team, so no two days look the same. You’ll work closely with our Dubai and London teams, get hands-on experience across a varied client portfolio, and have real input into the work we create.
This is a hands-on role spanning strategy, creative development, and social execution. You’ll be involved in everything from researching audiences and developing content ideas and creative concepts, to building social calendars, supporting shoots, creating content, and analysing performance.
Working closely with our strategy, creative, and account management teams across a varied portfolio of clients, you’ll help turn insights and strategy into social that is relevant, creative, and designed to perform, while using what we learn from the data to continually improve what we do.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
