The Role

At UKLASH, we’re redefining natural beauty with powerful, effective beauty essentials that deliver real results. We’re looking for a socially fluent, creative and highly proactive Social Media Marketing Executive to help bring UKLASH to life across our social channels.

Working closely with the Social Media Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day execution of UKLASH’s social strategy, creating content, publishing across channels, engaging with our community, spotting trends and helping ensure UKLASH is consistently relevant within beauty and culture.

This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely loves social media. You’ll have the opportunity to own areas of day-to-day delivery while developing your understanding of how insight, strategy and commercial priorities shape a leading beauty brand’s social presence.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production & Execution

  • Create engaging, social-first content across TikTok, Instagram and other priority platforms.
  • Film, edit and produce short-form video content.
  • Be comfortable appearing in content where appropriate and working with other team members, creators and talent.
  • Develop hooks, captions, scripts and creative ideas in line with UKLASH’s tone of voice and social strategy.
  • Support the Social Media Manager in delivering campaign, NPD, retail and BAU content.
  • Adapt existing brand and campaign assets into formats optimised for individual social platforms.
  • Help maintain a consistent and varied pipeline of social content.
  • Support the planning of social-led shoots, including developing shot lists and capturing and producing social-first content on set, at events and activations.

Content Calendar & Publishing

  • Support the day-to-day management of the UKLASH social content calendar.
  • Schedule and publish approved content across channels.
  • Ensure content is delivered accurately, on time and in line with platform best practice.
  • Coordinate assets, copy and approvals ahead of publishing.
  • Flag gaps, opportunities and upcoming cultural moments proactively rather than waiting for briefs.
  • Support TikTok Shop and Live activity through relevant organic content and social amplification.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
