About this role

As our Social Media Executive in the UK Brand team, you will bring our organic social strategy to life across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. In this hands-on role, you will lead high-impact content creation and collaborate closely with our agency partners to deliver engaging campaigns. Embodying our values to lead, deliver, and care, you’ll help shape brand perception and foster a supportive, creative environment.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role

  • Produce authentic, platform-native content including TikToks, Instagram Reels, and Stories using mobile-first tools to drive audience engagement.
  • Manage day-to-day agency relationships, providing creative briefs, directional feedback, and quality control across all outputs.
  • Execute content franchises and monitor real-time trends to rapidly produce relevant, reactive posts that capture cultural moments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Events, Public Relations (PR), and Local Marketing teams to create engaging content for partner activations.
  • Track, analyze, and report on organic social performance metrics, using insights to continually optimize future content strategies.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and consistent tone of voice across all self-produced and agency-created content.

What will you bring to the team?

  • A creative, social-first mindset with a strong portfolio showcasing engaging platform-native content across TikTok and Instagram.
  • Technical capability in mobile video editing tools (such as CapCut or InShot), photography, and swift copywriting.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
  • Deep cultural fluency with a sharp eye for emerging trends, viral memes, and real-time content opportunities.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and directing others to produce high-quality video content.
  • Analytical mindset capable of using social media metrics to inform creative decision-making and continuous improvement.
