Role Description

The Social Media Marketing Intern is a part-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom. This intern will assist in planning, creating, and publishing social media content that showcases Bristol Photographic’s work and services across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The intern will help support basic digital marketing activities, such as tracking performance, identifying trends, and suggesting improvements to campaigns. Collaboration with the photography team to capture behind-the-scenes content and support studio promotions will be an important part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Ability to apply Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills to promote services and build brand awareness.
  • Skill in Social Media Content Creation, including writing engaging captions and selecting visuals that fit platform best practices.
  • Foundation in Marketing principles and interest in developing practical marketing experience.
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and professional online tone.
  • Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and basic analytics tools is preferred.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for photography, visual storytelling, and brand consistency.
  • Organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a studio environment.
  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
