Role Description
The Social Media Marketing Intern will support Venture Vine Studio’s online presence by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Assisting with social media content calendars
- Drafting copy and captions
- Repurposing video content into social-first formats
- Helping run campaigns that highlight the studio’s services and portfolio
- Monitoring engagement metrics
- Responding to comments or messages in alignment with brand tone
- Performing basic competitor and trend research
- Sharing insights to improve performance

This is a full-time remote role, requiring proactive communication, reliable time management, and collaboration with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Qualifications
- Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with awareness of major platforms and current trends.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including audience targeting, brand positioning, and campaign execution.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Comfort working with video-centric content; familiarity with short-form content formats (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) is highly beneficial.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment and meet deadlines consistently.
- Experience or coursework in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred but not required; a strong portfolio or examples of social media work are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively, accept feedback constructively, and show initiative in proposing new content ideas and engagement strategies.
