True Pitch Media also produces the popular Daily Liverpool Podcast, which delivers consistent, engaging content for fans of Liverpool Football Club. The company focuses on storytelling, audience engagement, and professional production standards to grow and sustain loyal listener communities.

Role Description

This remote Social Media Marketing Intern role is an unsalaried internship focused on supporting the online presence of True Pitch Media’s podcasts. The intern will assist in planning and publishing social media content across platforms, including creating posts, captions, and basic visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Engaging with listeners
  • Tracking basic performance metrics
  • Contributing ideas for campaigns that promote episodes and special features

The intern will also collaborate with the production and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, support digital marketing initiatives, and stay informed about current sports and entertainment trends relevant to the podcasts.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills to plan, create, and optimize posts across platforms.
  • Digital Marketing and Marketing skills to support promotional campaigns and audience growth strategies.
  • Strong Communication skills for clear, engaging copywriting and effective collaboration with team members.
  • Interest in sports and entertainment, especially football, with the ability to follow and reflect current topics in content.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics tools and platform insights.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is beneficial.
