Company Description

The Potential Method is an executive health coaching program designed for high-performing professionals who want to rebuild and optimize their health without compromising their careers or personal lives. The program integrates personal training, nutrition guidance, and online coaching, centered on four core pillars: exercise, nutrition, sleep, and mental performance. Coaching is offered both in person on Saadiyat Island and online, providing flexible options for clients with demanding schedules. The Potential Method was created by an ISSA-certified coach and Ironman athlete who brings high-performance training principles to every client engagement, focusing on sustainable, measurable results.

Role Description

The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the development and execution of social media and digital marketing activities for The Potential Method. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Creating and scheduling social media content across platforms
  • Assisting with campaign planning
  • Monitoring engagement, reach, and audience growth
  • Helping repurpose coaching insights into compelling posts, short videos, and stories
  • Collaborating on visual and written content that reflects the brand’s voice and values
  • Conducting basic competitor and market research
  • Supporting community management by responding to comments and messages
  • Preparing simple performance reports to inform future content and campaigns

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with an understanding of major platforms and basic analytics.
  • Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including writing captions, selecting visuals, and aligning content to brand guidelines.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex health concepts into clear, engaging messages.
  • Interest in health, fitness, or wellness, and willingness to learn about executive coaching and performance optimization.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic familiarity with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, simple video editing) is an advantage.
  • Comfort working on-site in Abu Dhabi and collaborating closely with a small, performance-driven team.
