Hello Sunday SPF | Part-time, 3 days/week. 6 months. Remote, with proximity to London for meetings, shoots and team days.

About Hello Sunday SPF

At Hello Sunday, we're on a mission to make SPF an effortless, everyday habit rather than an afterthought. We're a fast-growing brand sitting at the crossover of suncare and skincare, with a loyal community and big ambitions to change how people think about sun protection.

The Role

We're looking for a driven, creative Social Media & Marketing Intern to support the implementation of our marketing strategy, reporting into the Brand Manager. You will support across the consumer-facing touchpoints of the brand; including social, content & shoots, retailer marketing, ecommerce & CRM, PR and reporting.

This role suits someone who's had a taste of marketing — a placement year, agency internship, or a junior in-house role — and is ready to take on more ownership and see their work make a direct impact on a fast-growing brand. The role is 3 days per week: 2 remote and 1 in person in central London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and implementing social media across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, and analysing results
  • Create ad hoc content, and help to plan larger content shoots
  • Support with our ecommerce site, building banners, assets and copy according to our brand guidelines
  • Support with creating emails: for campaigns and to help optimise our automated flows
  • Action retailer marketing requests, such as sharing assets, brand copy and product information
  • Research projects to help inform marketing strategy
  • Optimising our content library
  • Arranging product send outs

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll Bring

  • Experience in a marketing, social media, or ecommerce role (in-house, agency, or a placement)
  • A self-starting attitude. As this is partly remote, an energetic personality is a must. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, while using initiative to find your own solutions too
  • Strong digital literacy and willingness to learn new platforms. We use Google suite, Notion, Claude, Canva, Capcut, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite and TikTok analytics, so previous experience with these is great, but an aptitude and drive to learn them is most important.
  • A good understanding of workplace email, diary and messaging etiquette.
  • A genuine interest in skincare, suncare and digital culture — or a fast willingness to learn
  • Comfort working within an existing brand framework and guidelines
  • Comfort appearing on camera when the content calls for it, and pushing the team to appear when needed too
  • Please include a portfolio, examples of content you've created, or social accounts you've grown/managed with your application
