About Visspo
Visspo is an AI-powered international career platform helping people discover jobs they can realistically pursue across borders.
We bring together job, employer, sponsorship and candidate intelligence to make international job searches more transparent and less frustrating.
We’re now looking for a Social Media & Growth Intern who wants to do more than just post content.
What you'll do
You’ll work closely with the founders and marketing/product teams to help build Visspo’s social presence and grow its community.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X and other relevant platforms
- Develop content around international careers, jobs, visa sponsorship, AI and career opportunities
- Turn trends, conversations and audience insights into content ideas
- Write social posts, captions, hooks and short-form content
- Create and edit simple visual/video content using tools such as Canva, Figma, CapCut or similar
- Help plan and execute social media campaigns
- Experiment with different content formats, hooks and storytelling approaches
- Monitor content performance and identify what is working
- Engage with Visspo’s community and understand what international job seekers care about
- Work with the product team to turn product features into compelling content
- Take ideas from concept → execution → publishing → measurement

What we're looking for
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, Business or a related field
- Strong interest in social media, content and digital marketing
- Good writing and communication skills
- A strong sense of what makes people stop scrolling
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and current content trends
- Curiosity about startups, AI, international careers and the global job market
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, CapCut or other design/editing tools is a plus
- The candidate should be in UK
- Most importantly: curiosity, initiative and a willingness to experiment

One thing to know
This is an unpaid, 3-month internship.
It is a part-time, Work From Home role based in UK.
