Social Media Marketing Intern 🎬✨

About FilmAmple

FilmAmple is a dedicated film location platform, helping filmmakers and content creators discover amazing shooting locations across the country — without the usual endless searching. We’re building a space where locations, creators, and the entertainment industry come together. As we grow, we’re looking for someone who’s social-media savvy, creative, curious, and genuinely excited about films, content, and the internet.

What You’ll Do

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you’ll be part of the team shaping how FilmAmple shows up online. Your day-to-day could include:

  • 📱 Coming up with fun, engaging content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X
  • ✍️ Writing captions, posts, hooks, and other social copy that actually sounds human
  • 🎥 Helping create and plan short-form videos, reels, and other visual content
  • 🎨 Finding visuals and helping maintain a consistent FilmAmple look & feel
  • đź’ˇ Bringing fresh ideas to improve our reach, engagement, and overall digital presence
  • 🤝 Working with the marketing and content team on campaigns and digital initiatives Basically, if you see a cool Reel and immediately think “we could totally do something like this” — we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

You’d be a great fit if you:

  • Have an interest in social media marketing and content creation
  • Understand the basics of Instagram
  • Have a good sense of what’s currently trending online
  • Can write clearly and communicate confidently
  • Are creative and enjoy coming up with new ideas
  • Pay attention to details
  • Have an interest in films, media, entertainment, creators, or pop culture 🎥
  • Are studying or have recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field — but this is definitely not mandatory
