We are hiring at SerenMind AI 🌊
We are hiring for two internship roles at SerenMind AI: Social Media Intern and Marketing Intern.
We are early, we are building in public, and we want people who genuinely want to learn this from the ground up, not just add a title to their resume.
What your day to day will actually look like:
If you join as a Social Media Intern:
- Making content for Instagram, from ideas to actual posts
- Managing and maintaining our content calendar
- Watching trends closely and figuring out how we can shape them for a mental health brand, not just copy them
- Engaging with our community and comments, not just posting and disappearing
If you have already grown any social media, or have any hands-on social media experience, that is a real plus. Just be ready to show us proof of it.
If you join as a Marketing Intern:
- Helping us actively rebrand SerenMind AI, from messaging to positioning to how we actually sound
- Supporting our B2B outreach, since most of our early growth is through partnerships and businesses
- Helping with a smaller layer for individuals discovering SerenMind AI on their own
- Researching what is actually working in mental health and wellness marketing right now
- Helping test messaging and positioning as we rebuild what this brand actually feels like

- Someone willing to do the unglamorous, repetitive work too, because that is usually what leads to the results everyone only sees the end of

The setup:
- Fully remote
- Flexible hours
- 2 to 3 months
- This is a voluntary (Unpaid) internship, and we want to be upfront about that from the start
What you will genuinely get from this:
- Real experience building a brand from scratch, in a space that is still figuring itself out, alongside people who will actually teach you rather than just hand you tasks.
