Some products compete for attention.
We're trying to earn reflection. Rorrim is a daily reflection app built around a simple idea: One thoughtful question. One honest answer. One day at a time. We believe that the smallest moments often reveal the most about who we are becoming. We're looking for someone who can help tell that story. Not by chasing trends or shouting the loudest, but by creating work that feels thoughtful, human and worth sharing. If you're excited by ideas, enjoy creating content, and want to help shape the voice of a product from its earliest days, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
You'll help people discover Rorrim. Some days that might mean writing a post that starts a conversation. Other days it might mean creating a short video, responding to someone's comment, reaching out to creators, or experimenting with a completely new idea. You'll have room to explore. Your work will include:
- Creating content for X, Instagram, TikTok, Threads and LinkedIn.
- Growing an engaged community around reflection, curiosity and personal growth.
- Developing creative campaigns that introduce people to Rorrim.
- Turning ideas into short-form videos, graphics and written content.
- Speaking with our early users and sharing what you learn.
- Looking at what works, what doesn't, and trying again.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Like experimenting and learning from the results.
- Care about helping build something meaningful from the beginning.
If you've managed social accounts, created videos, designed graphics or grown an online community, that's a bonus—but not a requirement.

About Rorrim
Every day asks something of us. Most of it passes unnoticed. Rorrim exists to help people notice. Through one carefully crafted question each day, we invite people to pause, reflect and gradually build a richer understanding of themselves—not through judgment or analysis, but through attention. We're still at the beginning of that journey. If that idea resonates with you, we'd love to build it together.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
