SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING INTERN

ABOUT THE PLACEMENT
Harmony by Tundie is looking for a creative and organised Social Media & Marketing Intern for a minimum of 3 months or a university year placement.
This opportunity is only suitable for a student completing a required placement as part of a UK-based university course. We can work with your university placement team, complete the necessary documentation and provide progress reports.
ABOUT HARMONY BY TUNDIE
Harmony by Tundie is a London-based wellbeing practice supporting individuals and organisations with stress, nervous-system regulation and sustainable performance.
Our services include breathwork, somatic and nervous-system programmes, sound healing and evidence-informed corporate wellbeing workshops.
THE ROLE
You will work directly with the founder to turn the business strategy, research and service offers into clear and engaging content.

Your principal responsibilities will include:
- Creating content for Social Media Channels
- Editing short-form videos and Reels using Canva and Capcut
- Drafting captions, carousels and short video scripts
- Formatting and preparing weekly email content
- Scheduling founder-approved content using Metricool
- Organising photographs, videos, testimonials and brand assets
- Researching relevant content themes and awareness dates
- Preparing thoughtful responses to relevant social-media posts
- Monitoring content performance and producing a concise weekly report
ABOUT YOU
Essential:
- Currently enrolled on a UK-based university course
- The placement is a required part of your course
- Confident using Canva and Capcut
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to organise your workload and meet agreed deadlines remotely
- Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
- Genuine interest in wellbeing, mental health, neuroscience or responsible health communication

Desirable:
- Experience creating content
- Basic understanding of social-media analytics
- An interest in video editing, storytelling or visual communication
WHAT YOU WILL GAIN

- Experience reporting on content performance and enquiries
- University placement documentation and progress reports
- A detailed written reference following satisfactory completion
