Social Media Marketing Manager - Fast-Growing Podcast Brand
Our client is a fast-scaling media company built around creators and they're now doubling down on the growth of their podcast arm.
They're looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to take ownership of the show's audience growth, brand positioning and sponsorship revenue, someone who thinks like a creator and a marketer in equal measure.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the show's social content strategy — what gets clipped, how it's framed, and where it's published
- Turn each episode into a full content rollout across platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram and YouTube Shorts
- Partner closely with the production/booking team to plan content around upcoming episodes and guest angles in advance
- Develop and pitch sponsorship packages, build relationships with brand partners, and manage those relationships end to end
- Track performance data across platforms to understand what's working and adjust strategy accordingly
- Shape the show's overall positioning — how it's described, who it's for, and how it stands out in a crowded space

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
