Founding Head of Social Media & Marketing | Equity Opportunity
The Nordic Skin Collection | London / Remote | Flexible Commitment
About Us
The Nordic Skin Collection is a premium Scandinavian-inspired skincare brand launching in the UK in December 2026, with ambitions to rapidly expand internationally.
Combining Nordic simplicity with high-performance skincare, our products have been developed in collaboration with a European dermatologist, bringing together effective ingredients, thoughtful formulations and a modern approach to skincare.
We're now at an exciting stage, preparing for our official launch, and we're looking for someone to join us on the journey.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a creative, ambitious and entrepreneurial individual to take the lead on our social media, marketing and digital brand growth.
This isn't a traditional social media management role. We're looking for someone who wants to help build a brand from the ground up, bring their own ideas to the table and become a key part of the business as we grow.
We understand that the right person may have other professional commitments, so we're offering a highly flexible opportunity that can be shaped around your existing schedule. Whether you're freelancing, working on other projects or looking to become more involved in a growing business, we're open to finding an arrangement that works for both sides.
You'll work closely with the founding team, with plenty of creative freedom, genuine influence over the brand's direction and the opportunity to grow your involvement over time.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
