Social Media Marketing Manager

B2B FinTech

Remote-first (must be UK based) | Occasional travel to London for team & sales days

£60,000 - £70,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Pension + Wellbeing Fund

We're partnering with a fast-scaling B2B fintech platform that's expanding its product offering and growing internationally. As part of that growth, they're looking to bring paid digital execution in-house and are appointing a Social Media Marketing Manager to own it.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build something real inside a business that's moving fast but still feels human. You'll take true ownership of the paid and organic LinkedIn channel, work close to a leadership team that's stable and supportive, and have a clear runway to grow with the business as it scales.

Responsibilities

Reporting into the CMO and working alongside a fully distributed marketing team, you'll:

  • Own day-to-day execution across LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google PPC/Display.
  • Partner closely with an established external agency on strategic direction and with Sales on lead pipeline and ABM.
  • Take full ownership of marketing performance reporting, helping the business understand what's working and why.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
