Volunteer for a startup delivering workplace fertility education and clinical care ❤️
The Delphi Clinic

The Delphi Clinic delivers clinically rigorous, accessible fertility education that integrates reproductive science with lifestyle, energy, and whole-body health. Many individuals and couples reach fertility treatment feeling unprepared, disempowered, and confused about how their bodies work. Fertility education is often reactive and fragmented, frequently framed around expensive interventions like IVF or egg freezing rather than prevention, protection, or informed choice.

This disproportionately affects professional individuals who may delay childbearing due to career pressures while lacking access to clear, evidence-based guidance on how to protect and optimize fertility earlier in life. This gap contributes to heightened anxiety, inequity in access to knowledge, and an over-reliance on medical solutions without adequate upstream education. While the World Health Organization has highlighted infertility as a global public health issue, practical fertility education remains largely absent from most workplace wellbeing programs.

The Delphi Clinic equips individuals with the knowledge and tools to understand, protect, and optimize their fertility across their life course. Through workplace education programs, clinical services, and evidence-based resources, the solution improves fertility literacy and supports informed decision-making. By bridging the gap between reproductive science and whole-body health, we enable people to engage with fertility care from a place of understanding and confidence rather than crisis.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Role (Volunteer, unpaid): Social Media Marketing Manager

Role Description:
I'm looking for someone who believes marketing is about more than clicks and algorithms. Someone who can help communicate ideas that genuinely change the way people think about women's health and fertility.

I'm a consultant gynaecologist and reproductive medicine specialist who has spent years working within traditional healthcare. Alongside my clinical work, I've been building a business with a simple mission: to create a different model of care for women—one where they are listened to, where we look beyond symptoms, and where health is understood as an interconnected system rather than a collection of separate body parts.

The challenge is that I know medicine far better than I know marketing. I have the ideas, the expertise, and plenty to say, but I need someone who knows how to translate that into content that reaches the right people and builds a meaningful audience.

What I'm Looking For

I'm looking for someone with experience in marketing and social media strategy who can become a genuine partner in growing the business. Ideally you will:

  • Have a background in marketing, communications or brand strategy.
  • Have experience growing personal brands or mission-led businesses.
  • Be confident creating and managing content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Understand how to turn long-form ideas, research and conversations into engaging content.
  • Be organised enough to keep content flowing consistently.
  • Be proactive, bringing your own ideas rather than simply waiting for instructions.
  • Care about meaningful impact rather than simply chasing followers or producing content for the sake of it.

Knowledge of YouTube strategy and content would be a real bonus, although it isn't essential. A genuine interest in women’s health is highly desirable. You do not need to have a clinical background, but you should be excited by the opportunity to help challenge outdated approaches to women’s healthcare and contribute to building something different.

What You'll Be Part Of

This isn't just another social media role. You'll be helping build a brand that aims to challenge outdated thinking in women's health. The aim is to provide credible education, challenge fragmented thinking and help create a model of care in which women are listened to and treated as whole people.

I'm trying to build something that is evidence-based, compassionate and genuinely different. I am looking for someone who wants to become a valued part of that journey; someone who can bring the marketing expertise I currently lack and help turn an important mission into a growing, visible and trusted business.

If that excites you, I'd love to hear from you.

Please tell me about your relevant experience, why this mission interests you and how you think you could help.

Time Commitment: Volunteer 2-3 hours per week for 6+ months remotely 💻
