Social Media Marketing Manager
London, A GBP 48,000 - A GBP 50,000, Hybrid working
Must come from the hospitality space to be successful
Love food, live on social, and know how to turn a great plate into a scroll-stopping story?
This one's for you. My client is an exciting, fast-growing group of restaurants and bars that's building serious buzz across London. With new openings on the horizon, they're looking for a creative, strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to take their brands to the next level, owning the voice, the visuals and the strategy behind everything they share. This is a hands-on role for someone who's happiest out in the venues, camera in hand, capturing the energy of the kitchen, the bar and the dining room, but who can also step back and build the strategy that turns followers into regulars.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
