Company Description

NaviJacket Ltd designs connected lifejackets for commercial shipping and offshore operations, using cutting-edge technologies to improve crew safety and rescue outcomes. The company’s smart lifejackets provide real-time information on who has entered the water, when, and where, giving rescue teams a bearing instead of a broad search area.

Founded in 2025 by a Chief Engineer with over twenty years of marine industry experience, NaviJacket builds products around real-world failure modes observed at sea. Currently at the working prototype stage, the company collaborates with ship managers, offshore operators, and training providers to test early units and refine the technology.

In addition to hardware, NaviJacket offers marine health and safety consultancy, including ISO auditing, HSEQ management systems, and incident investigation, and is based in London, United Kingdom.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The Social Media Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation within the maritime and offshore sectors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
