About Lucie
Lucie is a personal AI designed to help people live more intentionally.
It connects the dots across your wearables, calendar, email, attention and other parts of your life, turning scattered information into meaningful insights and helping you act on what matters most.
We’re building a new category of personal AI, one designed not to capture more of your attention, but to help you spend it on what actually matters.
After almost a year of building in stealth, we’re bringing Lucie to the world. We’re looking for someone exceptional to help shape how millions of people discover, understand and connect with it.
The Role
We’re looking for a culturally plugged in Social Media & Marketing Manager to own and grow Lucie’s social presence.
This is not a role where you simply manage a content calendar. You’ll help define how Lucie shows up in culture. You’ll turn ideas into content, spot trends before they become obvious, work with creators and KOLs, experiment constantly and build formats people actually want to watch and share.
You should be equally comfortable thinking about strategy and picking up a camera, writing a hook, editing a Reel or TikTok, reaching out to a creator and publishing something the same day. AI should already be part of how you work. We want someone who understands how to use AI to move faster, explore more ideas and create content with taste.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Practical Test
We hire for ability, not CVs. Shortlisted candidates will complete a short practical exercise: 3 hook variations and 3 edited clips within 48 hours, showing us the workflow they used. We care about the quality of what you create, but also how intelligently you use AI to move faster, test more ideas and preserve human judgement.
The Details
- Full time role.
- Hybrid in London, with three days together in the office and two days working from home.
- Compensation £35,000 - £40,000 based on experience + Stock options.
- You’ll work closely with the founding team and have the opportunity to shape the voice of Lucie from the beginning.
If you want a comfortable social media job, this probably isn’t it. If you want to help define how a new kind of personal AI enters culture, we’d love to meet you.
