Social Media & Marketing Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Media & Marketing Manager to join the team at Made Up Ltd.

This is a hybrid role combining social media, content creation, brand marketing, and new business support. Due to the fast-paced and highly visual nature of our industry, we’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable capturing live content onsite, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and supporting the wider business with compelling brand storytelling.

Reporting to the Client Services Director, this role is central to how Made Up is seen, shared, and remembered. From behind-the-scenes workshop content and live event capture to case studies, campaigns, and brand communications, you will play a key role in showcasing the creativity, scale, and impact of our work.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, creatively driven, commercially aware, and passionate about storytelling across digital platforms. They will thrive working across teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and bringing ideas to life through engaging content and marketing initiatives.

About Us

Made Up Ltd is a full-service Creative Production House with over 20 years of experience delivering experiential projects, live events, scenic builds, pop-ups, retail environments, and brand activations for some of the world’s leading brands.

Our clients include British Airways, BBC, Google, Netflix, Apple, YouTube, Amazon, Prada, Bentley, TAG Heuer, and many more.

What makes Made Up different is that everything is delivered in-house. From creative concept and technical design through to fabrication, build, installation, and project delivery, our designers, project managers, fabricators, and production teams work collaboratively under one roof from our South London studio and workshop facilities.

Due to the hands-on nature of the role and the need to regularly capture live projects and workshop activity, this position is primarily studio-based at our South London HQ, with opportunities for onsite and international travel throughout the year.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
