About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic PPC Executive to join our dynamic online marketing team based in Woking, Surrey, with flexible working options including remote and hybrid arrangements. In this full-time, permanent position, you will be responsible for managing pay-per-click campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. You will work closely with a small, dedicated paid media team to develop, optimize, and report on campaigns for high-profile clients, including well-known brands and global companies. The role offers an excellent opportunity to handle substantial client budgets, ranging up to £1.5 million annually, and to influence the success of recruitment marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on delivering quality applications rather than just clicks or impressions, making this role ideal for someone who enjoys data-driven decision-making and strategic campaign management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, with a proven track record across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. Strong analytical skills and a passion for interpreting data to derive actionable insights are essential. You should possess a proactive approach, with the ability to identify potential issues early and implement solutions effectively. Attention to detail and the ability to follow briefs precisely are crucial in ensuring campaign success. A numerical mindset and excellent communication skills to articulate data-driven stories are also required. Bonus points are awarded for experience with Microsoft Advertising, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, or recruitment platforms like Indeed, Appcast, or Acast. Candidates should be familiar with managing large budgets and capable of working independently within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

As a PPC Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, building, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Overseeing client budgets, ensuring campaigns are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Conducting keyword research, ad copy creation, audience targeting, bid management, and continuous performance analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop innovative strategies that maximize ROI and ensure campaigns meet client expectations.
  • Regular reporting and insights sharing with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Staying updated with the latest industry trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns remain competitive and compliant with best practices.
