Company Description
NOX Hotels is a London-based boutique hotel group that has been welcoming a diverse range of guests for over two decades. With 14 properties spread across key locations in the city and more than 700 thoughtfully designed rooms, NOX Hotels focuses on providing affordable, comfortable, and stress-free stays for both short visits and extended stays.
Role Description
NOX Hotels is looking for a Social Media & Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing and social presence, and help shape how our growing collection of boutique hotels shows up in the UK and eventually globally.
This is a hands-on role for someone with around 2+ years’ experience who is ready to take their next step, have real ownership and build something of their own. Hands-on experience setting up, managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns is essential.
You won’t just be managing a content calendar. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the strategy, create the content, build partnerships, test ideas and see your work make a real difference to the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Social media: Own our channels, content and community
- Content creation: Bring our hotels, neighbourhoods and London experience to life
- Paid advertising: Independently set up, manage and optimise campaigns, including audience targeting, budgets, creative testing and performance reporting
- Marketing strategy: Develop ideas and campaigns that grow the NOX brand and drive bookings
- Email marketing: Create newsletters and campaigns that engage our guests
- Partnerships: Build relationships with local businesses, creators and organisations that make sense for NOX

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
