If you are an experienced Social Media Marketing Exec/Paid Media Specialist/Campaign Manager, we have a new role we would like to discuss with you.
This is a permanent, in-house position based in Upminster, Essex, with five days per week on site. It is not an agency or remote role.
A fast-growing business in a regulated consumer services sector is seeking an experienced Meta Ads specialist to own and scale high-volume paid social lead generation. This in-house role suits someone comfortable with significant budgets, daily optimisation and disciplined, data-led decisions.
What you'll do:
- Plan, launch, manage and scale Meta lead-generation campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Build campaign structures for volume and performance, including testing frameworks, budget allocation and scaling rules; manage audiences, retargeting, exclusions and funnel segmentation.
- Optimise against CPL, CPA, conversion rates, lead-quality indicators and agreed commercial targets.
- Run creative testing across angles, hooks and formats, translate results into briefs, and make daily data-led changes to stabilise and improve performance.
- Maintain tracking and attribution hygiene across events, Meta Pixel/Conversions API where applicable, UTMs and landing-page signal quality.
- Own daily/weekly reporting covering pacing, spend, CPL/CPA, trends and test results, using simple dashboards or spreadsheets.
- Identify risks and opportunities early, including scaling headroom, creative fatigue, rising costs and audience saturation.
- Work with internal stakeholders so lead flow aligns with operational capacity and commercial objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
