Role Description
This internship role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist is a hybrid position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Supporting the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms
- Creating engaging content tailored to renters and housing stakeholders
- Monitoring engagement metrics to optimize performance
- Assisting in community management by responding to comments and messages
- Helping grow and nurture online communities
- Identifying opportunities to amplify renters’ stories
- Collaborating with the wider team to align social media activities with broader digital marketing efforts and Accqui’s mission

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with the ability to produce platform-appropriate posts and campaigns.
- Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including audience targeting and performance tracking.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to express complex ideas clearly and empathetically.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
- Interest in tenant rights, housing issues, or social impact initiatives is highly beneficial.
- Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
