About the Role

We are looking for a social media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to support influencer, social media and new media campaigns for a leading international automotive brand in the UK. This is a hands-on role covering campaign execution, influencer partnerships, content coordination, performance analysis and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer/celebrity sourcing, outreach, briefing, content review, delivery, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Coordinate campaign activities, events, logistics, and timelines, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective execution.
  • Drive social media and new media initiatives across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, while monitoring trends and emerging content opportunities.
  • Track campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and translate results into regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, talent managers, dealers, media partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify new collaboration opportunities and support commercial discussions, payment coordination, livestreaming, and other emerging initiatives, as well as campaign-related issue management where required.

  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the UK social media and influencer landscape.
  • Proven experience delivering influencer or social media campaigns from planning through to execution and reporting.
  • Good understanding of influencer KPIs, social media analytics, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in automotive, mobility, technology, premium, or consumer brands, or working with high-profile influencers/clients, would be an advantage.
