We're looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about social media. Someone who spots trends before everyone else, loves generating fresh ideas, writes compelling copy, and enjoys building strong client relationships. If you're proactive and creative, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage client accounts and become their primary day-to-day contact.
- Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and proactive support.
- Plan and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Create and edit engaging short-form videos for social platforms as well as written content.
- Develop creative campaign concepts and confidently present ideas to clients.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and identify new opportunities for client growth.
- Analyse performance data and continuously improve content and strategy.
- Ensure every piece of content meets the highest standards of quality and brand consistency.
- Contribute fresh ideas that help both our clients and our agency stand out.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing social media for brands or clients.
- Is full of creative ideas and enjoys turning them into successful campaigns.
- Takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
- Is highly organised and comfortable managing multiple client accounts.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Enjoys working directly with clients and building long-term relationships.
- Loves keeping up with trends and understands what makes content perform.
- Has confidence filming and editing content, or directing clients to capture engaging footage.
