Social Media and Content Specialist
Salary: 40-50K
Start Date: ASAP

Job Description
This is a very unique role, and not one that comes up very often at all! My client is looking for a social media and digital content specialist to generate more attention, whilst also strengthening brand image and audience engagement. This role is perfect for someone who is currently working in-house, or integrated agency side with a large brand, and handling all of their social media and digital content.
This isn’t your average digital marketing manager role, this is specifically covering TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn, together with short-form video, influencer activity and even creative asset production. This is a chance to grow an audience, and use realise the potential of a strong social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Support the development and implementation of the Company’s social media strategy.
- Develop platform-specific content plans across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging channels.
- Maintain social content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns and key business activities.
- Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement and community growth.
- Develop creative concepts for social campaigns and always-on content.
- Create ideas for short-form video, social-first campaigns and influencer collaborations.
- Translate product features, vehicle technology and customer benefits into engaging consumer-facing content.
- Coordinate the production of video, photography, graphics, animation and other social assets and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Work with agencies and production partners to deliver content and assets to agreed quality and timelines.
- Monitor social trends, cultural developments, viral formats and competitor activity and identify relevant opportunities for the brand to participate in online conversations.
- Develop initiatives to strengthen the Company’s social community.
- Monitor performance and engagement metrics, and provide regular reporting.
- Analyse content performance to identify successful formats and topics and develop recommendations to improve future content effectiveness.

Key Requirements

- 1–3 years' experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, creative marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with short-form video formats including TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Experience preparing creative briefs and working with fast-paced agencies or creative teams.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Interest in automotive, technology, lifestyle and digital culture.
