What are you going to do:

You may be involved in creating Instagram and TikTok content, filming and editing short-form videos, researching trends and competitors, developing campaign ideas, supporting promotions, assisting with advertising creatives, and analysing social media performance.

You will not be expected to manage the entire marketing strategy. You will receive guidance and support while having the freedom to contribute your own ideas and take ownership of smaller projects.

This placement is ideal for someone who wants to develop marketing skills and build a genuine portfolio using work created for a real beauty business.

What we’re looking for:

  • Currently studying Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related subject
  • Required to complete a placement as part of your course
  • Creative, reliable, and proactive
  • Interested in beauty, social media, and business growth
  • Willing to learn and bring fresh ideas
  • Previous professional experience is not essential

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
