📍 Remote (with trips into Hertfordshire) | Unpaid university placement | Direct founder mentoring | Real ownership from day one
We're in the middle of the most exciting stretch of our startup's life. Enquiries are climbing, our ad engine is just starting to click, and we need someone to grab hold of it and make it fly.
AirCarers Companion connects vetted, self-employed companions with families across Ware, Hertford, Hoddesdon and Broxbourne who want warm, trusted companionship for an older loved one. We're small, scrappy, and moving fast. Every booking is real, every family matters, and every idea you bring could genuinely change how many people we reach this month.
About the role
This isn't a "watch and learn" placement. You'll be handed the keys to our Meta presence (Facebook and Instagram) from week one. Your ideas go live. Your ads run. You'll see, in real numbers, whether they worked. And when it's time to turn a companion's story or a family's moment into content, you'll be right there in Hertfordshire with the team, camera in hand, making it happen.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
