Create engaging social media content, coordinate our newsletters and help raise awareness of the life-changing work Bright Futures 4 All delivers for children and young people with SEND.

By sharing the stories of the children, young people, families and volunteers we support, you'll help attract new volunteers, supporters, partners and funding—allowing us to reach even more families who need us.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who
- Has a passion for storytelling and creating engaging digital content.
- Has experience using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Has excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
- Is organised and able to plan content in advance.
- Has an eye for design and experience with Canva or similar design tools.
- Is creative, proactive and enjoys bringing new ideas to the table.
- Can work independently while collaborating with colleagues across the organisation.
- Shares our passion for supporting children and young people with SEND.

As our Social Media & Newsletter Coordinator, you will
- Plan, create and schedule engaging social media content across our platforms.
- Write and design newsletters that showcase our impact, events and achievements.
- Work with teams across the charity to gather stories, photos and updates.
- Help maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand identity.
- Promote volunteering opportunities, fundraising campaigns and community events.
- Monitor engagement and suggest new ideas to increase our reach and online presence.
- Keep a content calendar organised and ensure communications are delivered on time.
- Collaborate with the wider team while confidently managing your own workload.
