About The Role

We are looking for an experienced, driven and talented social media professional to join our Communications, Alumni Relations, Marketing and Student Recruitment (CAMS) department. The postholder will plan, deliver and implement social media content and campaigns to enhance NTU’s global reputation and support the university’s strategic priorities and objectives.

Reporting to the Social Media Manager, the postholder will work collaboratively with teams across CAMS including the Marketing and Campaigns team, School Marketing teams and International Student Recruitment team, producing innovative and engaging content for NTU’s organic social media channels (UK and international).

With demonstrable content production and project management skills, you will have a strong track record of creating and editing engaging social media content for specific audiences and experience delivering multi-channel social media campaigns. You’ll be a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills along with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.

About Us

Our award-winning Department of Communications, Alumni Relations, Marketing and Student Recruitment (CAMS) is responsible for engaging with key audiences including prospective students to support NTU’s student recruitment targets and driving forward NTU’s reputation and brand. CAMS comprises admissions, applicant engagement, student recruitment events and outreach, international student recruitment, marketing and campaigns, content management, creative services, social media, web and digital, public relations and internal and external communications.
