What is this role about?

The role is responsible for managing the dealership's social media presence by executing content calendars, publishing multimedia content, engaging with online communities, monitoring platform performance, and supporting digital campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and generate customer leads.

What will YOU do?

  • Manage the dealership's official social media platforms to maintain a strong and consistent digital presence
  • Develop social media content calendars and publishing schedules to ensure timely and strategic content deployment
  • Execute the publication and scheduling of approved multimedia content to maximize audience reach and engagement
  • Engage customers and online communities to build positive customer relationships and strengthen brand reputation
  • Monitor customer inquiries and digital leads to support lead conversion and customer acquisition
  • Safeguard the dealership's online reputation to promote customer trust and positive brand perception
  • Analyze social media performance and engagement metrics to improve campaign effectiveness and digital performance
  • Coordinate social media campaign execution to ensure alignment across business functions
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to online inquiries to enhance customer experience and increase conversion opportunities
  • Identify emerging digital trends and engagement opportunities to continuously enhance social media performance
  • Maintain brand consistency across all social media communications to reinforce a professional and unified brand identity
  • Support digital marketing initiatives and dealership events to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads

  • At least 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, community management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their best practices.
  • Experience in content scheduling and social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite or equivalent platforms).
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or any related field.
