My client - a bold, high-growth fashion/lifestyle brand - are seeking a dynamic Social Media & PR Manager to be the voice and heartbeat of the brand - creating content people want to share and stories people remember.

Salary
Up to £45k (pro rata)
9-12 month mat cover (October start)
Fully remote
Must be UK based

The Role

  • Lead social media strategy and content creation - ensuring tone, style, and storytelling are consistent across all platforms.
  • Build and nurture online communities that feel authentic, inclusive, and full of energy.
  • Manage influencer and creator partnerships - from outreach and gifting to content collaboration and performance tracking.
  • Develop and deliver PR strategies that secure high-quality coverage, product features, and brand partnerships.
  • Write press releases, organise events, and manage media relationships in both the UK and international markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure visuals and messages align across campaigns.
  • Support B2B storytelling, including trade events, retailer spotlights, and distributor PR initiatives.
  • Track performance and share insights to refine future campaigns and strengthen community engagement.

  • Ideally at least 3 years working in a similar Social Media, Influencer & PR role – ideally for an in-house brand, open to relevant agency experience.
  • Fashion / apparel / accessories industry experience is a huge benefit.
  • Hugely pro-active, passionate and creative in your approach.
  • Confident to create and lead strategies across all social and PR channels (B2C & B2B).
