Social Media, Influencer & PR Manager (Maternity Cover)
Are you a creative strategist who knows how to captivate audiences, land high-profile media coverage, and turn casual followers into a loyal brand community? Profiles Creative is delighted to partner with dynamic fashion and accessories brand to recruit a talented Social Media & PR Manager to step into a pivotal maternity cover contract.
This full-time, FTC role offers an incredible opportunity to accelerate your career, leading the complete brand narrative across both D2C and B2B sectors.
As the voice and heartbeat of these vibrant brands, you will own the end-to-end global communications landscape. You will take charge of creative strategy, drive high-visibility PR campaigns, and foster meaningful relationships with media, creators, and trade partners. This is your chance to refine your senior management capabilities, expand your strategic vision, and deliver work that makes a measurable impact across the UK and international markets.
- Up to £48k salary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Integrated Strategy: Design and deliver comprehensive Social Media Strategy and PR initiatives, ensuring a unified brand voice across D2C channels, trade platforms, and retail partner communications.
- Drive Media & PR Relations: Secure top-tier editorial coverage, write compelling press releases, and manage proactive media relations in both domestic and global fashion and lifestyle sectors.
- Elevate Community & Content: Direct authentic multi-platform content creation and community management that elevates online engagement, captures viral trends, and deepens customer loyalty.
- Scale Influencer Campaigns: Oversee end-to-end Influencer Marketing programs, from high-value creator outreach and product gifting to strategic content collaborations and ROI analytics.
- B2B & Event Activation: Amplify trade storytelling by planning press events, highlighting key retail partnerships, and crafting impactful B2B campaigns to support commercial growth.
Required Skills & Experience
- Social Media Strategy: Proven expertise in building, executing, and scaling organic social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- PR & Media Relations: Exceptional track record in consumer and trade media outreach, securing regular brand features, and cultivating strong press networks.
- Influencer Marketing: Strong commercial instinct for managing paid and gifted creator relationships that boost brand awareness and directly impact sales performance.
- Industry Acumen: Background within fashion, accessories, lifestyle, or consumer goods, with a keen eye for visual styling and trend analysis.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent capability to monitor performance metrics, analyse campaign insights, and translate data into actionable growth strategies.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience
- Experience launching press events, launch parties, or trade show PR activations.
- Familiarity with international market expansions across Europe or North America.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and media monitoring tools.
