Social Media Producer & Host (Luxury)

Salary: £35k-40k

Where: London (5 days in office)

We're currently recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing luxury fashion business for a Social Media Producer & Host to join their social commerce team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, energetic and social-first individual to take a leading role in producing and hosting TikTok Live shopping shows. You'll be responsible for bringing luxury fashion products to life on camera, engaging audiences in real time and creating entertaining, high-energy live content that drives both engagement and sales.

The successful candidate will ideally come from a social media or content background, with previous experience of TikTok Live and a genuine love of being in front of the camera. You'll have a natural ability to connect with an audience, plenty of personality and a strong understanding of what makes content perform on TikTok.

Alongside hosting, you'll be involved in the full production of each show, from selecting products and planning the running order through to developing concepts and reviewing performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
